Through elegant Multitouch screens and complementary software application, we designed a clean-cut, yet creative tool with gamification. In addition, we included live polling technology that can be accessed by SMS or Twitter. Combined with analytics, J&J was able to gather real time intelligence on attendee preferences, as well as discover product trends and preferences according to doctors and pharmacists.
