JOHNSON & JOHNSON, an American multinational company, is one of the leaders in the medical equipment and pharmaceutical industry. JOHNSON & JOHNSON was present at Duphat, one of the largest pharmaceuticals and technologies conferences in the Middle East.

Challenge

JOHNSON & JOHNSON had to make a memorable impact at this year’s annual Duphat conference at its stand.JOHNSON & JOHNSON decided to go for a modern and technologically advanced way of engaging with customers at the event.

Solution

A virtual pharmacy was created for JOHNSON & JOHNSON. The multi-touch technology gave an interactive experience for users. JOHNSON & JOHNSON products are displayed on the screen and users can tap on the product they would like to know more information about. This included brochures, case studies, and videos about the product. An interactive game was also developed that users can play that involved information about a product floating down and players having to slide it to the appropriate product.
